2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days, subject to third-party policies.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid passport, visa, and necessary travel documents.
  • Visa approvals are subject to the embassy's decision. We do not guarantee visa issuance.
  • Any delay or rejection in visa processing is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance for protection against cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
  • Skyline Global Enterprises is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents or expenses during the trip.

5. Flight & Hotel Policies

  • Flight schedules and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Airlines may charge additional fees for baggage, seat selection, and other services.
  • Hotels reserve the right to modify bookings based on availability and policies.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • Skyline Global Enterprises acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and travel service providers. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or any changes made by third parties.
  • We are not liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, or inconveniences caused during travel.
