2. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days, subject to third-party policies.
In case of flight cancellations by the airline, the refund or rescheduling process will be handled as per the airline’s policy.
3. Travel Documents & Visa
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid passport, visa, and necessary travel documents.
Visa approvals are subject to the embassy's decision. We do not guarantee visa issuance.
Any delay or rejection in visa processing is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance for protection against cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
Skyline Global Enterprises is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents or expenses during the trip.
5. Flight & Hotel Policies
Flight schedules and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Airlines may charge additional fees for baggage, seat selection, and other services.
Hotels reserve the right to modify bookings based on availability and policies.
6. Liability & Responsibility
Skyline Global Enterprises acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and travel service providers. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or any changes made by third parties.
We are not liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, or inconveniences caused during travel.
